Using SkyPanda means agreeing to what is below. It is short on purpose.
The one that actually matters
A forecast is a guess, and this one is no exception. SkyPanda is a consumer weather app. Do not use it as your only source when a decision depends on the weather being right: flying, sailing, working at height, or deciding whether to shelter from a storm. When an official weather service issues a warning, that warning wins.
What SkyPanda is
An app that asks several forecasters the same question, scores them against what actually happened near you, and shows you a single answer. The underlying data comes from national weather services and commercial providers, and its accuracy is theirs rather than ours.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account, and for what happens under it. Do not use SkyPanda to break the law, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or pull data out of it in bulk.
Your own weather station
If you connect a WeatherFlow Tempest, you confirm it is yours or that you are entitled to use it. Sharing readings is optional and can be turned off at any time.
Subscriptions
Some features may in future require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account. Prices, trial length and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy anything, and subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings rather than here. Nothing bills today.
Availability
SkyPanda depends on services we do not run. They go down, change their terms, and occasionally stop being free. We may change or withdraw features as a result. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
